General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Acceptance of the Terms

1.1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions regulate the commercial relationship between the Nymphs and Treasures, Unipessoal Lda. (hereinafter “Juice at Home”) and the end user who uses the website www.juiceathome.com to purchase products.

1.2. Acceptance: By registering or placing an order, the User declares that he has read and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. Acceptance is formalized by clicking the confirmation button during the registration or purchase process.

1.3. Changes: Juice at Home reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any use of the Website after the publication of changes will be considered an acceptance of the new conditions. We recommend periodic consultation of this document.

2. User Registration

2.1. User responsibility: The user undertakes to provide true, correct and up-to-date information. Juice AT Home reserves the right to close accounts with demonstrably false or outdated information.

2.2. Account security: The user is solely responsible for the definition and confidentiality of his password and for all activities that occur in his account.

3. Products and Prices

3.1. Alcohol sales: Juice at Home sells products that may contain alcohol, whose marketing is intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age. Our transport partners are instructed to deliver orders to properly identified adults only.

3.2. Years of production (Wine): We try to keep product information up to date. However, the years of wine production can vary. The wines of the years that are provided to us by the producers will be sent, which may not correspond to the year shown on the website.

4. Order and Payment Process

4.1. Order confirmation: After the order is completed and its payment is made, the user will receive a confirmation email.

4.2. Stock unavailability: If an item is unavailable after payment, Juice at Home will contact the user to propose the replacement by an equivalent product or a refund of the amount paid, which can be made through an account credit or bank transfer.

4.3. Payment methods: We accept the following secure payment methods:

• PayPal: including the option to save data for future transactions (managed in your PayPal account).
• Credit Card: Transactions are processed through a secure connection (SSL) and in compliance with the PCI-DSS standard to ensure maximum security.
• ATM (Portuguese only): The order will be processed after receipt of proof of payment.

4.4. Currency: All payments are processed in euros (€). If your bank operates in another currency, exchange rates may apply, for which we are not responsible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping and Cost Areas: Delivery zones, costs and deadlines are as indicated on the “Shipping Conditions” page. When ordering, the user accepts these conditions. We do not deliver on boards.

5.2. Deadlines: If, for an unforeseen reason, it is not possible to meet the delivery deadline, Juice AT Home will inform the user, who may choose to keep the order with a new date or cancel it, being fully refunded.

5.3. Order receipt:

• Inspection: The user must examine all products at the time of reception.
• Damage to transport: If you detect any damage or imperfection, you must refuse delivery, justify the reason in the carrier's guide and immediately notify Juice at Home.
• Proof of delivery: The signed shipping slip serves as proof that the order has been delivered.

5.4. International deliveries: Juice At Home is not responsible for shipments to countries where the law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages or where customs fees are applied. The seizure of the order or the payment of fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return for these reasons, only the value of the goods will be refunded, deducted from all transport costs and charges.

5.5. Transfer of responsibility The responsibility for the products is transferred to the user at the time of delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Warranties Policy

6.1. Right of free resolution (returns):

• Deadline: The user has 14 days from the date of receipt, to return a product without justification.
• Procedure: The intention to return must be communicated by registered letter to Juice at Home – Showroom and Armazém, Rua das Fontainhas 77, Pavilion 1, 3700-604 Cesar, Portugal.
• Product Conditions: We only accept the return of new, complete products, without signs of use and in the original intact packaging.
• Costs: The cost of sending the return is the responsibility of the user.
• Refund: After checking the product, the refund will be processed within 10 days, through credit in account or bank transfer.

6.2. Defective or damaged products:

• Communication: If a product has a defect, the user should contact us immediately via email info@juiceathome.com.
• Return: Juice at Home will coordinate the collection of the product.
• Resolution: After evaluation, we will inform you by email if there will be a replacement or refund. If applicable, this process will be completed within 15 days. The refund will include the amount paid for the product and will be made by bank transfer.

6.3. Exchanges:

• Returning costs for exchange are borne by the user.
• If the exchange is for a different reference, the value of the returned item will be credited to the account so that the customer can place a new order.

6.4. Warranties: The legal guarantees of the products, when applicable, are guaranteed by their suppliers or by Juice at Home. The purchase invoice serves as proof for the activation of the warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images and other data) is the exclusive property of Juice at Home. Its alteration, reproduction, publication or any other form of use without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Partial invalidity: If any clause in these Terms is considered invalid, the remaining ones will remain in force.

8.2. Law and Forum: This contract is governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any emerging dispute, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the Court of District of São João da Madeira, with resignation from any other.
